    1. Welcome

Finn Kellow-WebbI first witnessed the powerful benefits of the Alexander Technique when my sister started having lessons which resulted in literally freeing her from a life of pain and medication caused by double prolapsed discs. Having also suffered from lower back and knee trouble I embarked on lessons and found that my sports performance and energy levels improved noticeably and I no longer suffered from a tight back, neck and shoulders.

The most revealing discovery was that by noticing and re-educating my habitual postural habits my body and mind began to work in closer harmony which in turn resulted in me gaining greater control of my body, moving more freely, improved posture and being less prone to injury to name a few benefits.

I completed the three year teacher training course at the Brighton Centre for the Alexander Technique where I am an assistant tutor. I run a successful practice in Lymington and Winchester in Hampshire.

Anyone can benefit from lessons and I would hope to help you discover the tremendous sense of lightness, well being, poise and control that can be gained from the Alexander Technique.
